Pop and pour. Noticeably darker than their Tavola bottling. Ripe cherry and pomegranate on the nose with a very faint hint of orange peel. Wet soil and cedar also. Lively but balanced acid. Flavors are a mix of ripe and tart cherry, baking spice and interestingly some ripe watermelon. Fine silky tannins. Excellent now and should cruise for a good five years or so. Really, really nice.
