I figured I’d post a TN on this wine.
When first opened a bit disjointed and woody. After a few hours of bottle air just a magnificent nose of sandalwood, stems, black cherry; expansive palate with earthy black cherry and a long finish. I consistently find Mount Eden one of the most Burgundian CA Pinots and this is exceptional now but might be even better in a few years. 93 with a lot of enjoyment.
