From memory:

Upon opening, classic CdP nose of funk and black cherry jam. This wine shut down l, though. And even a decant would not help. Ultimately, nose of wet labrador/retriever and black raspberry jam. Palate of fur and mossy funk along with the black raspberry and black cherry jam. Very chalky tannins. Medium length finish. Probably asleep now, early window closed; I wouldn’t re-open for 6 or 7 years. 91.5 with lots of upward potential.

This is obviously very young but has a lot of potential. It is elegant and well structured with a nice finish. Lots of red fruit like cranberry, plum and dark cherries on the nose with some raspberry and nose replays on the palate. Refreshing acidity and yet has a long deep blackberry and red plums aftertaste. Give this another 6-8 years before it begins to sing. 92+
