Big fan of Michael White ordered the "Classico e Moderno" hoping for a few easy recipes from his restaurants.

I have Alice Water's first Art of Simple Food which is great for everyday cooking.

Very interested in the Manresa book but not sure how accessible that will be (French Laundry-esque?)

Thanks for the link. We have a minor cookbook obsession in our house and probably buy 2-3 a month. We probably have 150ish in our library at this point and I'm 'sure I'll add a lot from this fall's release. Have already ordered pok pok and the scarpetta book.
