Gold glove awards are such a joke. Matt Kemp? I’m a Dodger and I can’t see that one. He takes terrible routes at the ball but must fool people with his speed. Jeter? I don’t think he is nearly as bad as the stat nerds make him out to be, but not a gold glove. Rollins? Top 5 in the NL maybe, not #1. Glad to see Zimmerman get recognized. He can pick it for sure.
Jeter always has fielded extremely well. Whether or not he deserves a Gold Glove, I don't know. Teixeira was amazing in the field.
