Tart cherries, short length. Overly tannic. A disappointment. C.
2007 Duckhorn Cabernet
Under-ripened fruit. Too much oak for my tastes and mellow tannins. C.
20007 Darioush Cabernet
Odd bubblegum flavors. Nothing like the 2005 which was a big, chewy steaklovers cab or the pretty decent 2006. Another big disappointment.
2007 Plumpjack Cabernet
Short length. Plums and beets. Tannins hefty. Too young? Again, pales to 2005 and 2006.
