2005 Signorello Cabernet

Popped and poured. Great nose of lead pencil, smoke, ash, and some berry. At first a muted palate which was thin and lackluster. After about 30 minutes of air, the nose was still apparent and then the palate developed. Rich tannins and nice flavors of fruit giving way to a moderate finish. Great now but not something for long term aging.
