Tasted over the weekend and undrinkable.

Intense brett (sweaty leather), coupled with fading fruit -- red raspberry, not ganache; lots of cranberry and red currant flavors - in sum, tasted like a crappy South African Merlot at 7 bucks that was drying out; not a $35, young, CdP.

Fear this brett problem is a house trait and not dependent upon vintage. Opened 2 bottles of the '06 last week and they were undrinkable, with virtually the same level of brett as the '05.

Anyone have similar experiences?
