Don't go near this wine for another couple of years!

On night one, the nose only gives up cedar and just a hint of fruit and pepper. The palate is tight and angular too and doesn't open up without food. Lots of oak on the long finish.

On night two, the nose finally has some cherry to fill out the cedary frame. The palate is now much more expressive, balanced, smooth, with loads of mouthwatering acidity.
