One of two that I had left. Opened this at a friend's place the other night.

Cork came out wet, but completely intact, I was afraid it would be crumbly. At first pour, I was disappointed, as the flavors seemed flat and muted. Of course, it was cold, having sat outside the backdoor for a couple of hours. After 15-20 minutes however, it opened up into a very good representation of the Rhineland. On a 1-10 wine sweetness scale, with 10 being teeth dissolving, I'd give it a 4. Layers of creamy lemon curd and green apple were the predominate flavors, with just a whiff of petrol on the end, as I would expect. My score: 91 pts
