2001 von Strasser Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

This is the von Strasser "regular" bottling. Tasted at the winery and the bottle had been opened the afternoon before which probably made it accessable. Deep red color and a nice nose of cherries, definitely mountain fruit, lean but balanced, needs five years plus. 91 points.
