2001 Latour Corton Charlemagne

I picked up 3 bottles that were on sale for $49 bucks each. I've never had Corton Charlemagne. Has anyone had this wine? I know 01 was supposed to be an early maturing year for white burgundy. What is the ideal drinking window for this wine? Any ideas for food pairings?

In general, Corton Charlemagnes are wonderful. Maybe this one won't be fantastic, but you will enjoy it, I think.
Just don't overchill.

I've had this wine this summer and I enjoyed it.
I would suggest you to open one now, maybe 1 during the holiday season and maybe the last one next summer or something?

Agree with ArieS, subject to the following:
When you open one now, if you really like it, and think it is ready, and have occasions to open the other two faster than he suggests, go ahead.
I don't think the wine will go bad, nor will it improve substantially over the next year.
