Did not decant (should have!!)
Opened two hours prior to drinking.
Flavors of blueberries, cream, cherries, white pepper, smoke and leather. Slightly muted. Wouldn't recommend touching these for another couple years at least.

Thanks for the note. It just confirms what I've learned to be true so far for Cayuse Syrahs: hold 'em for a few years. They're incredibly closed for the first three years or so of release. They're more closed than just about any other WA wine I've had, especially syrah!
