I don't know alot about science, but if you open a bottle of wine in a zero gravity environment, wouldn't it just sort of flow out of the bottle or be hard to pour?  Now, if you landed on the moon, and brought out a bottle and popped the cork, or twisted off the cap as appropriate, how do you "aerate" the wine in a place where there is little, if any, air?

Seems like our planet is the best place to enjoy our wines.
