2000 Etude Cabernet Sauvignon

Opened a 375ml bottle last night and came to the conclusion that there is no reason to wait on this wine. Rich red color, nice nose of berrys, decanted for one hour, not much in the way of tannin, very mouthcoating, balanced, I will enjoy this now and over the next two years. 91 points.
