Your notes are spot on! We served it from a 3 liter for Thanksgiving and felt it had everything you described....I have found some 1998's from CA to be better than expected, and Tresor was one of them. I would encourage drinking the 1998 Tresor over the next three to five years. And as for the rating, I thought it was a solid 90/91 pointer from the 3 liter.
Had a bottle of this last night that I'd bought a few days before in Panama and was concerned about it was quite under-priced, for Panama at least. But it shone a brightly as it did at the bordeaux-themed offline where it finished second in a blind tasting in Ottawa against all the First Growths and others Ottawa First Growth offline

I took no formal TNs but it was pretty close to the notes on the previous thread, though there was much less fruit apparent, and it was much closer to a typical bordeaux, no doubt due to the 4 mmore years it's been in the bottle. And it seems to have some life left to it yet.
Thanks, but this was just me - I'm in Mexico meeting with my boss so she missed out. But I got her some great juice in Vegas, and some more when I was in Panama last week (Bella's Garden, and for $37!), so she's fine.

BTW, we'll be in TO the week of June 20 helping Junior find a place to live - we're hoping you and P and perhaps others will be around for some debauchery? Cool
