This bottle was the best showing to date for the '89. I have been drinking the '90 vintage recently as the '89 seemed to have a longer life ahead.

A wonderful and fresh nose offering blackcurrants, Spanish cedar/ cigar box, and dried herbs. On the palate, mixed berries, hints of licorice, a pleasing spiciness that keeps bringing you back for more, and still lively tannins on the finish.

A classic Lynch Bages in my opinion.
