Made and bottled by Norm Mini for Milt and Barbara Eisele

Opened at Bar Covell for a birthday.
Cork was dry and crumbled, but we got it out.
Dark red, very slight bricking around the edge.
Spices, chocolate, cherry liqueur, tobacco, black cherries, plums..almost port-like on the nose.
Smooth and velvety.
Plenty of acid, loads of fruit left.
Cherry, blackberry, dark chocolate, licorice
alcohol 13.5%
Probably the rarest bottle I'll ever drink, and totally delicious.
If the '71 Ridge Eisele is half as good I'll be psyched.
