'03 Vaillons, Dampt

My first excursion into '03 Chablis. Fat and rich on the nose, with red skin apple and quince aromas A touch of bon-bons. Mouth feel is very relaxed due to low than average acidity levels. A bit stubby on the finish, but not to the point of being disappointing. Good wine, but if you can find the '02 version of Vaillons, go for it instead.
