First, single vs multi temp zones are complete BS. Just think about it for a minute. Do they have a fan blowing air throughout the unit? If they do, that air is moving throughout the unit. If they don't, then don't buy the unit - it's crap and won't maintain temperature throughout the unit.
Second, I do agree that humidity control is important (not all agree), but temperature control pushes humidity lower. All that's needed is an open container(s) of water (with sufficient surface area) within the unit to resupply the humidity. Some may say it's not important, but so long as you don't spill it, it certainly won't hurt anything.
