Use an aroma wheel or a SAT from WSET to see which are the aromas used as descriptors. For the “dry”aromas you can buy small containers with lids and display in each one a different time of element. For example: black pepper, dried apricot, nuts, vanilla, coffee, cloves.... then for the fresh ones, well, go to a market and smell
