the double 63 was a pleasant surprise, G-Man and I did some damage that night. The 78 Bersano Barolo would have benefited from a little more breathing time. I was afraid it was going to die shortly after opening (miscalculation on my part) as it showed better once most of the funk blew off an our or so after being poured into my glass).
Between the champagne, the 3 or 4 reds (had a wild oak merlot about 15 years old) 2 ports the awesome beer was very happy wife was desiginated driver.
As for B-man I dont come around to often anymore but this porthead still drinks somewhere around 40-50 bottles of port a year. Had to cut myself off from purchasing newer releases as did not think i would have enough time to drink existing stock/be around to see current releases reach full maturity.
Who am I kidding my wife is waiting for me to reach maturity,
