Reply to "what's it taste like?"

It tastes like, well, ice wine. It's not as acidic as sherry vinegar and less pungent than most balsamicos, with a good sweet/sour balance, making it very wine-friendly. Very versatile stuff. It's viscosity is very similar to ice wine; it's not boiled down like some balsamic vinegars.
