My wife and I went to our favorite sushi place in OC on Saturday for an early lunch before shopping. Bluefin tuna, toro, yellowtail, young yellowtail, snapper, scallop, salmon, eel and some of the best Santa Barbara sea urchin I have ever had. We also had a really fresh raw shrimp which I’m not crazy about for some reason, but the best part is he tempura fry’s the head of the shrimp so you don’t waste anything. I usually eat the eyes first because they taste the best and then devour the whole head. Yum.
