Lunch today was: A simple chicken-stock based long grain rice al dente, seasoned with black truffle salt and freshly cracked black pepper. A salad of butter lettuce and Roma tomatoes with more black pepper, black truffle salt and 1 year aged manchego cheese, all drizzled with Nicolas Alziari extra virgin olive oil, THE BEST.
