Charcoal grilled boneless-skinless breasts, sliced and topped with 1/2 sliced avocado. Served on multigrain bread (or a sub roll if I'm feeling real hungry). That, or I'll pack a salad of spinach, geen olives, grilled chicken or tuna, peppers, grilled corn and baby carrots. Top with a low fat or fat free dressing.
