I understand their appeal, but I've just never cared for U2. Never owned an album. Never listened to an album all the way through. They just leave me cold.

Saw there first appearance on SNL. Laughed at their pretentiousness. Never listened to another song of theirs since. Same thing happened with the absurd first appearances of Elvis Costello and Kate Bush.
