Fresh mango margaritas have become a favorite of mine when I visit Puerto Vallarta. Never thought about adding jalepeno, though. I'm sure I'd get a funny look from the bartenders if I asked.
You can have without the chilies and it will still taste awesome. But the jalepeno gives the margarita a great combination of spicy, sweet, and sour.
If you're making a large batch, I recommend instead to infuse the tequila with jalepenos for a few days. Then put it all together.
