Don't know what they're called (I guess a Collins or fizz?) but they're going down way too easy...

1/2 Oz gin
1/2 Oz Old Tom gin
1/2 Oz triple sec
1 Oz Aperol
Couple of dashes rhubarb bitters
Fill 1/2 way up with tonic, 1/2 with grapefruit perrier
