Any group that likes Morrissey is ok with me. They have a cool sound. The song The Rake is great...albeit disturbing.

Not only do they like Morrissey, but they channel Fairport Convention and Pentangle. All good! If you like The Decemberiss, then give "Offa Rex" a listen. I think you'll like them.

Saw the Decemberists along with Andrew Bird and Band of Horses in the Hollywood Bowl in 2007. Epic concert with the full LA Phil playing back-up.
