Where do you get the information that a vegetarian diet increases enzymes and aids in digestion?
Acutally, if you ate all your food raw, it would increase enzymes and aid in digestion. Raw food contains enzymes that allow it to autodigest to a point (cooking destroys those and many vitamins etc...)and decreases the strain on the pancreas caused by cooked foods. Also, the body attacks cooked food as a foreign body and releases white blood cells to attack it as soon as you eat the first bite. So, if you really wnated to be as healthy as possible, you would be on a raw instead of a vegetarian diet.
