Reply to "VALENTINE'S DAY"

Blue Point oysters on the half shell, w/a bottle of Prosecco; then onto lobster w/drawn butter, poached red fingerling potatoes w/herbs, maybe some sweet corn, and some '98 Ramey Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay (that is, if I make it back to Cincy by this weekend!).

Gonna finish off the meal w/a double-chocolate espresso biscotti, topped w/chocolate-liquer mousse and a raspberry coulis, and I may have to pick something up to go w/the dessert.
