Gonna do simple grilled beef tenderloin dressed up with a toasted pecan/gorgonzola butter. Served with assorted grilled veggies over some mushroom risotto.
Prolly served with my last '97 Tapestry.

Gonna try to make a chocolate/pecan pie for dessert. Yes I have a lot of pecans left over. Big Grin
