Tasted at the winery. 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 1% Malbec. 2017 was an excellent vintage in Michigan with a long growing season which benefited bordeaux varietals. Crimson color. Crushed grape skin aromas. Solid tannins. Notes of currants and leather. A well rounded wine. 89 points
