Doing one this weekend for our wedding tommorow. Sounded really fun, so I'm going to give it a try. Rubbing it down,stuffing with Gala apples,rosemary and cinnamon sticks, using a mop sauce and rootbeer bbq sauce. A keg of Three Floyds X(10%), small keg of Brugge Witte, case of Champagne, 6L of Cambria P.N.(for the masses) and multiple mags of good wine....even if the pork doesn't turn out, it sounds like a good time!
