I wouldn't worry about stuffing newspaper around the bottles. I've had a LOT of wine shipped to me via styrofoam containers and never had them wrapped, and they've ALWAYS been fine. In fact I would think the newsprint may actually dirty the labels, which I would PREFER stay clean. Regarding payment, you might consider allowing payment via a Paypal account. It's quick and easy payment. Split the cost with the buyer. It's easier for BOTH parties. Just a couple of thoughts.
