I do for the most part. I've been reading this forum for a couple of years and I don't think anyone who has been here long enough would disagree that some people have parted at least "online" friendships (probably offline ones as well) because of political differences here. That's pretty sad.
I lost a Trump-loving/Obama-hating friend I met at a few offlines over the years but only after I repeatedly removed racist comments about the latter and personal attacks against me that he'd posted on my Facebook wall. And he unfriended me. It did make me sad.
Did said person ever tell American citizens elected by their constituents and serving in a coequal branch of government to go back to where they are from due to being people of color? 🙃 Our white supremacist president must be reading the pamphlets from his backers.
Also, your friend couldn’t have been Jewish and supporting racist comments like came out of Putin’s poodle today, right? 😂
