 To justify that government employee's rights is as sacred as to require the same level protection as sex, race, sexual orientation is just wrong.  she doesnt like her job?  she can feel free to find another one.

I absolutely agree with you g-man. I was not making a legal argument. I was positing, without underlying explanation, that a society where there are now Republican establishments and Democratic establishments is a problem for a well functioning lowercase-“l” liberal democracy. The expanding ability in our world to avoid those who think differently I view as problematic. I was not suggesting a legal solution, just commenting on how I would urge others to act. And I shed no tears for Sarah.
