Started Hunters on Amazon Prime. It’s been great so far. I was skeptical of Pacino, but he’s done a good job. Nice to see Josh Radnor (How I Met Your Mother). Some fresh faces like Jerrika Hinton and others.
Finished Season 1. I thought it was great except for the conclusion.
I just finished Hunters. I agree completely with you Dom. The conclusion was meh. But I enjoyed it up till then.

I just finished and agree about the conclusion. I also thought the intertwining of exploration-style filmmaking and the Holocaust sometimes didn’t work because all of the Holocaust stories were quite realistic as to what actually happened so there is a sense of almost downplaying that I felt, though obviously that was completely unintentional. That said, it was quite well acted. I thought Pacino was great.

Except for the made up chess game. The creator's excuse is laughable.
