I looked on Cellar Tracker, and the impressions of this wine varied from "fruit bomb" to "dry with heavy tannins, needs more time". Numbers vary from 70 to 92, with 24 reviews.
All in all, though, the '06 Faust is ranked significantly lower than other vintages both by Laube and CT posters.
Since you enjoyed the wine, none of the above really matters.
