I can't speak for Mim but the Ultreia bottlings by Raul Perez have been a real eye-opener for me. Defiently on my list. Thanks to Futronic, I would also add Telmo Rodriguez, Envinate, Joan D'Anguera and Comando G for other Spanish winemakers that have really impressed me to the point that I'm now on the lookout for anything they make. Colombera & Garella in alto piemonte make good, realtivley affordable nebbiolo-based wines that are now on my radar. I also had a few Garage Wine Co. old vine (200+ year) field blends out of the Maule valey that certainly raised my eyebrow in the past year.
None of these are on the same level as Ente, but over the past year or so they have gone from me never having heard of them to being firmly on my radar .
