pineapple upside down cake in Court

Well, I just finished a 3 day trial in a complicated commercial transaction case, involving the sale of a used John Deere Self Propelled Model 6610 Forage Harvester by my client to a local farmer. Sale price (used) was about $104,000.
Anyway, on the 3rd day of the trial, as the lunch recess was ending, the courtroom clerk (this is the person who says, "All rise" and performs other functions, too) came into the courtroom and asked if anyone wanted a piece of pineapple upside down cake. Of the 4 people in the courtroom, namely, the plaintiff, the defendant, and the two lawyers, only I said yes.
So, I went back into the judge's area, ate my slice of cake, with the Judge, the clerks, etc., and then returned to the courtroom.
Such is justice in Maryland.
Best dessert in Harford County, Maryland, other than Gentleman Farmer's cheesecake.
So, I win the case, get a nice legal fee, a piece of pineapple upside down cake, and talk my client into getting me a golf shirt with his corporation's logo on it.
Not exactly "Boston Legal" but close!
Any recipes out there for pineapple upside down cake?
