Reply to "Pan-seared magret with green peppercorn sauce (Don't even think about it, Bella!)"

If you sear the meat with green peppercorns in it, the sauce will have green peppercorns in it, both from the ones in the meat and the ones that come out of the meat during searing and remain in the pan. If that's not enough for you, add some extra during the making of the sauce.
