2007 Guisto di Notri
1997 Ornellaia
The first two were from my cellar and were opened in the morning and decanted before serving. The Ornellaia was from the wine list and clearly showed me that while enjoyable young these wines go to another level with time.
I also enjoyed a 2002 Comtes that night and it was spectacular.
