In honor of a thread in 'Wine Conversations' I thought I'd post a TN on this.
Lots of lemon zest, a bit of apple fruit and brown spice, and buttered toast on the nose turn to brioche and lemon zest on the palate with the other flavors in the background. On the next whiff, apple might dominate the nose and green apple, specifically on the palate. It changes on me. A very good qpr at $40/bottle, it is kept from being exceptional only because as it warmed up to +/- 55 degrees F, the apple became tart -- especially on the finish. As it is, though, a great pairing with take-out Chinese food. 90(+?)
