As for the Champagne, it won't rock your world but it's a solid daily drinker sparkler. It has plenty of lemon curd and tart green apple with sharp acidity... but as it warms and opens up it gets broader and richer with some autolytics. LCBO site says 3G/l but that's wrong. It's 7G/l.
