Slipped down to Florida for the weekend .  Ate last night with Board-o and his wife at one of their favorite French places.  We
had a Billecart-salmon rose champagne to start.  Board-o generously brought a 2009 premier cru Nuits St. George‚Äôs, from Jerome Chezeaux which was still young tasting.  He had decanted it at home for few hours and then restored it to the bottle.  It was an outstanding bottle.  Full of the silky smoothness I associate with Burgundies and it had the most beautiful nose.
