Reply to "It's NOVEMBER... what's on the grill?"

Thick boneless pork chops, rubbed w/ Weber's BBQ rub, grilled for a few mins. per side. Then basted w/ Lil' Porgy's BBQ sauce. YUM!!!

(If you've ever had BBQ at Porgy's in Urbana, IL... you know what I'm talking about). Oh yeah, washed it down with a 1999 Sausal Zin.
