Graeser Cabernet Franc 2002

Sweet and syrupy red fruit aroma. Cherry, black licorice and vanilla cream on the palate. The finish is sort of funky, earthy and at times wood-like. Tannins are mildly drying and the acid is adequate. This wine is sort of bitter and just a bit too sweet for its own good. Serve at just above cellar temperature.
