PAM564 is a pretty watch. I never had a problem with shirt cuffs and a 44mm Luminor but I guess if you have somewhat tight button cuffs and a big wrist you could have an issue.

The Radiomir sits much thinner on the wrist and has a smaller profile. It's a more elegant watch.
